Job summary

Crowe is hiring an Audit Learning Director to own the Audit & Assurance learning portfolio. You will lead strategy, governance, development and delivery of major programs, including new-hire and leadership development, and technology-enabled learning.

You will collaborate with Audit leadership, National Office, and subject-matter experts to ensure standards and firm requirements are met, while guiding analytics, budget, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field; CPA certification required.
• At least 8 years of experience in audit with strong understanding of audit processes.
• Experience leading learning strategy, program governance, compliance-related training, and investment decisions in professional services or audit environments.
• Experience with NASBA CPA education requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic learning and development plan for the Audit & Assurance practice.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of audit learning programs (needs analyses, curriculum strategy, design, development, delivery, evaluation, improvement).
• Oversee development and governance of audit learning content with senior stakeholders.
• Administer compliance-related learning requirements including NASBA and CPE.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and metrics.
• Lead learning investment stewardship including budget planning and ROI.
• Translate regulatory and quality trends into curriculum priorities and enhancements.
• Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption.
• Lead and develop direct reports.
