Aprio is seeking a Chief People Development Officer to architect talent development in a fast-growing, transformation-driven firm. You will own the firm’s people development strategy and partner with the Chief People Officer to shape workforce capability, AI learning, and curriculum design aligned with Aprio's growth trajectory.

This senior role requires influencing senior leaders, building AI-enabled learning programs, and delivering measurable impact through OKRs and KPIs.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or workforce strategy.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with enterprise-wide scope.
Proven experience designing learning strategy in a professional services, regulated industry, or high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience with AI learning programs, digital learning platforms, and emerging instructional design methodologies.
Strong financial acumen — budget ownership, ROI modeling, and resource trade-off decisions.
Experience supporting or leading the learning dimension of M&A integration is a meaningful differentiator.

Responsibilities

Define the workforce capability model aligned with business strategy, considering AI impact.
Advise on workforce composition and learning architecture for onshore/offshore and new roles.
Lead firm-wide AI learning strategy and reskilling pathways across levels.
Design and implement a differentiated learning strategy for diverse talent segments.
Own the learning technology stack, budget, and regulatory compliance.
