Help at Home in Utah seeks a strategic Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program, align cybersecurity with business objectives, and strengthen resilience across IT, privacy, and compliance teams.

The role requires 12+ years in information security, hands‑on leadership, and strong executive communication. Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AI governance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity or related field.
• 12+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years leading security teams, programs, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Hands‑on security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with MSSP or vendor management.
• Experience remediating ITGC/SOX weaknesses.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF) preferred.
• Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise security program, governance, risk management, and security operations.
• Develop metrics and reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
• Oversee identity and access management, cloud and application security, data protection.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit on controls and audits.
• Manage third‑party security risk assessments and vendor relationships.
• Drive incident response readiness and table-top exercises.
