Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security in Phoenix to lead the enterprise security program and align with business goals. You will own the security roadmap, governance, risk management, and operations while partnering with executives to strengthen controls and resilience.

The role requires 12+ years in information security with 3+ years leading teams, hands-on operations, and experience with HIPAA/SOX and major frameworks. CISSP or equivalent preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 12+ years of information security experience, including leadership of teams or programs.
• Hands-on experience with security operations, incident response, and vendor management.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC control deficiencies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls; cloud security and AI governance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmaps; translate strategy into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk management, security operations, and program metrics.
• Manage relationships with MSSPs and third-party security providers, including vendor performance.
• Ensure security in SDLC and embed security requirements across products and vendors.
• Lead SOX, Audit, and regulatory compliance activities and improve IT general controls.
• Drive cyber resilience, business continuity planning, and incident response readiness.
