Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program and align it with business goals. You will oversee security operations, risk management, compliance, and policy to protect systems and data across the organization.

In this executive role, you will partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Compliance, drive AI governance, continuity planning, and third-party risk management, and report security posture to the Board.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of information security experience including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with SOX, HIPAA, and other regulatory controls.
• Hands-on with security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to translate risk into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Manage security operations, incident response, and metrics.
• Coordinate with executives and regulators; report to Board.
