Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a dynamic Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and performance of the global commercial field organization. You will shape field strategy, sizing, targeting, analytics, and incentive plans to maximize impact for rare disease therapies.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Finance to ensure readiness for launches and ongoing portfolio growth, while guiding cross-functional teams toward

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations, field strategy, field force effectiveness, analytics, or a closely related function.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio priorities and launch sequencing.
Oversee field force sizing, structure, coverage, territory alignment, and targeting across teams.
Lead field performance analytics, reporting, and incentive compensation strategy.
Provide strategic oversight of field operations, readiness, and governance.
