Pilot Company is seeking a seasoned Director of Compliance to lead our enterprise-wide compliance program in the United States. You will shape policy, oversee risk assessments, manage investigations, and drive data-driven risk reporting while partnering with Legal, Audit, and executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related field.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise compliance programs (not just operating within one).

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise compliance strategy and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee the compliance program framework, including policies, standards, procedures, and maturity development.
• Direct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and integrate compliance into business processes and decision-making.
• Provide oversight of compliance operations, including intake, investigations, issue management, and remediation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex compliance matters, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Partner with Legal, Audit, ERM, and business leaders to ensure effective control design and execution.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and data integrity across systems.
• Drive data-driven insights to identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide reporting to senior leadership and the Board on compliance performance and risk posture.
• Champion a culture of ethics and compliance through training, communication, and awareness initiatives.
• Oversee third-party risk management, including due diligence, screening, and ongoing governance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team with clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Model organizational values and ensure strong support for team members and stakeholders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
