Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Head of Compliance to provide enterprise-wide leadership of regulatory and corporate compliance programs. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role serves as the organization’s primary compliance authority and collaborates with senior leadership across all functions and business segments.

You will set strategic direction for compliance, oversee licensing and regulatory obligations, and drive policy development, risk assessment, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management in financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record as a senior compliance leader with enterprise-wide responsibility.
• Experience engaging with regulatory agencies and industry bodies; strong advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for enterprise compliance across functions and jurisdictions.
• Lead licensing, financial crimes, quality assurance, and agency appointments.
• Report to General Counsel; provide executive-level reporting on compliance matters.
• Develop training, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk exposure.
• Build and develop a pipeline of compliance talent with clear accountability.
