Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a US-based pharmaceutical company seeking a Director of Compliance to lead the enterprise compliance program under the GC/CO. You will own operational compliance with AKS, FCA, FDA rules, and privacy laws, partnering with Finance, Legal, and IT to implement a robust program.

The role includes policy lifecycle, training, investigations, hotline governance, and state filing obligations, with hybrid work flexibility and frequent collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
• Eight+ years of healthcare/compliance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of AKS, False Claims Act, FDCA, PDMA, 340B, and state pricing laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership influence.
• Preferred: CHC certification, launch experience, CMOs familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the enterprise compliance program.
• Support Compliance Committee and report to the CEO and Audit Committee.
• Own policy lifecycle and ensure consistent terms across the policy suite.
• Perform annual enterprise compliance risk assessments and monitoring workplans.
• Oversee Open Payments, state aggregate-spend filings, and PDMA processes.
• Lead training, investigations, hotline governance, and non-retaliation efforts.
