Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Chief Risk & Compliance Officer to lead enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and governance across the organization. You will shape frameworks, oversee regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment, and report to the board.

You will advise executive leadership on risk exposure, manage a regulatory and audit coordination function, and lead teams to strengthen policies, controls, and reporting to meet regulatory and board expectations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in risk and compliance, preferably in financial services or investment environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates independence, judgment, and governance maturity.
• Experience managing regulator relationships and board reporting.
• Professional certifications in risk or compliance are highly valued.
• Arabic fluency is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
