Job summary

Pilot Companies LLC is seeking a highly organized Director of Enterprise Compliance to lead the development and continuous improvement of our compliance programs across franchise operations, corporate governance, real estate, insurance, licensing, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in compliance, franchise admin, or related field.
• Restaurant/franchise/real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
