The National MS Society seeks a results-driven Vice President, Endurance Events to lead Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and the broader endurance portfolio, driving growth, participant engagement, and the long-term success of the Campaign to End MS.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this role partners with volunteers, sponsors, and cross‑functional teams to set strategy, manage multi‑million-dollar budgets, and develop leaders who will sustain the organization's most recognizable peer‑to‑peer

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to partner with volunteers, boards, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams through growth and change.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategy and performance of Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and the broader endurance fundraising portfolio.
• Steward and grow Bike MS as a legacy national campaign and shape its next chapter.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase participation, fundraising, sponsorship, and engagement.
• Lead portfolio strategy with investments, expansion, optimization, and sunset decisions.
• Provide leadership across Development and align cross-functional partners around priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar revenue and expense budgets with sound forecasting.
• Partner with volunteer leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to strengthen the participant experience.
