Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive fundraising experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success in donor pipelines, major gifts, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management, supervising staff or volunteers.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis to inform strategy and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and meet campaign fundraising goals through donor engagement and local sponsorships.
• Serve as the market’s lead fundraiser for assigned campaigns and coordinate frontline activity.
• Customize and implement national strategies to fit local context and donors trends.
• Partner with the AVP to report on pacing, risks, and adjust execution.
• Foster cross-team alignment and support peer fundraisers in execution.
• Use CRM dashboards to inform decisions and continuously improve tactics.
