National MS Society is seeking a Vice President, Endurance Events to lead Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and the broader endurance fundraising portfolio. The role drives growth, expands constituent engagement, and advances the long-term strategy of a premier national campaign portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale peer-to-peer campaigns (Bike MS is a key example).
• Strong financial and budget management skills; data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance of Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and endurance portfolio.
• Grow Bike MS as a legacy national campaign and drive expansion.
• Develop growth strategies to increase participation, fundraising, and partnerships.
• Oversee portfolio budgets and cross-functional resource allocation.
• Partner with volunteers, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance participant experience.
