The National MS Society seeks a Vice President, Endurance Events to lead Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and the broader endurance portfolio. You will drive growth, expand participant engagement, and align cross-functional teams around the Campaign to End MS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance of Bike MS and Challenge Walk MS and broader endurance portfolio.
• Grow Bike MS as a legacy national campaign and advance the Campaign to End MS.
• Develop growth strategies for participation, fundraising, and engagement.
• Oversee multi-market fundraising campaigns with investment, expansion, and sunset decisions based on performance.
