Job summary

The National MS Society seeks a Vice President, Endurance Events to lead Bike MS and the wider endurance fundraising portfolio. You will drive growth, expand constituent engagement, and guide the long-term strategy of the portfolio within the Campaign to End MS.

You will manage cross-functional teams, work with volunteers and sponsors, and oversee multi-million-dollar budgets to advance fundraising goals and participant experience across national markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
• Experience developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies.
• Strong financial and business acumen including forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance of Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and endurance portfolio.
• Grow Bike MS and legacy campaigns while exploring expansion opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies to increase participation, fundraising, and donor engagement.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and align teams around priorities and results.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets and resource allocation.
• Partner with volunteers, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance participant experience.
