National MS Society seeks a Vice President of Endurance Events to lead Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS and the broader endurance portfolio. This role drives growth, engagement, and long-term strategy in support of the Campaign to End MS.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will build leadership across Development, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner with volunteers, sponsors, and teams to advance fundraising goals and the participant experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• Experience growing large-scale peer-to-peer campaigns and revenue.
• Strong financial and business acumen for forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.
• Experience partnering with volunteers, boards, sponsors and external stakeholders.

• Lead strategy and performance of Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, and the endurance portfolio.
• Grow Bike MS as a legacy national campaign and shape its next chapter.
• Develop growth strategies to increase participation and fundraising.
• Lead portfolio strategy with investments, expansion, optimization, and sunset decisions.
• Provide leadership across Development and cross-functional partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar revenue and expense budgets.
• Partner with volunteers, sponsors and stakeholders to expand impact.
