Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, rental, and services.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for machine control, fleet management, and connected equipment.
• Expand recurring revenue through software subscriptions and technology services.
• Build and lead a scalable technology organization across functions.
• Partner with OEMs and technology providers at executive levels to align product strategy.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for financial and adoption metrics.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in digital productivity solutions.
