Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Strategy & Operations at COO level.
• Proven transformation leadership leveraging AI, technology, and data.
• Ability to influence across Product, Sales, Finance, and other functions without direct authority.
• Executive storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Experience building scalable operating models and teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven tools.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Cloud Success tools and processes.
• Design AI-powered experiences to boost frontline productivity.
• Provide dashboards and analytics with executive reporting.
• Lead strategic planning, cadences, and cross-functional coordination.
