You will oversee roadmaps, governance, and regulated delivery, balancing speed, quality, and cost while partnering with strategy and delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading complex digital delivery in agency/consulting; 10+ years.
• Strong track record managing large portfolios with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with digital platforms, CMS-led delivery, CRM ecosystems, content production, and integrated campaigns.
• Comfortable at intersection of strategy and technical architecture; translates constraints into client narrative.
• Strong commercial judgement with forecasting, scoping, change control, opportunity shaping, and proposal development.
• Role to be based in Atlanta

• Write proposals, strategies and briefs that inspire great work and meet clients' business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to shape the digital transformation roadmap spanning CX, data, and platforms.
• Lead planning and forecasting of client plans aligned to the digital transformation roadmap.
• Advise clients and agency teams on digital and AI-enabled innovations.
• Inspire creative thinking, judge ideas, and ensure quality of thinking and delivery.
• Own the integrated roadmap and release calendar across UX, engineering, content, analytics, and agency partners.
