Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Vice President, Client Partner to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts with $5M–$30M+ annual net revenue. You will own the strategy, retain revenue, and drive growth while coordinating account management, delivery, and sales.

You will hold executive relationships at the C-suite and manage complex multi-stakeholder environments across data, technology, and CXM. Based onsite at client location in Atlanta, GA and reporting to the SVP, Growth Officer, you will partner with

Qualifications

15+ years in client services or enterprise account leadership with P&L accountability.
Experience owning $20M+ books and multi-service-line engagements.
Executive relationships at CMO/CIO/CFO level with credibility.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic accounts end-to-end including revenue retention and growth.
Defend base revenue and re-underwrite value quarterly to prevent erosion.
Drive revenue expansion via cross-sell and new buying centers.
Set and own the account strategy and growth plan with cross-functional teams.
Maintain executive relationships and map stakeholder coverage.
