Orchard is seeking a VP, Client Services and Digital Transformation to own end-to-end accountability for strategic direction, client leadership, and delivery governance across major accounts. You will consolidate ownership from strategy, delivery governance, and market-facing leadership into one accountable leader.

You will guide cross-functional teams through CX, data and platform roadmaps, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes and strong client

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex digital delivery in an agency or consulting environment; 10+ years.
• Strong track record managing large portfolios with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of digital platforms, CMS-led delivery, CRM ecosystems, content production, and integrated campaign execution.
• Comfortable bridging strategy and technical architecture with ability to forecast, scope, and shape opportunities.
• Experience in regulated or complex sectors is highly regarded.

• Plan and forecast client roadmaps for digital transformation across CX, data, and platforms.
• Own the integrated roadmap and release calendar across UX, engineering, content, analytics and partners.
• Balance speed and quality while navigating governance and compliance.
• Lead and develop the delivery team and manage budgets, forecasting and invoicing rhythms.
