Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC seeks a Senior Director, Central Operations to lead a federated enterprise program spanning Operational Reliability, Workforce Readiness, and Operational Excellence. You will shape strategy, governance, and performance across multiple site operations, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive data center/mission-critical operations experience with multi-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Central Operations organization and establish an integrated operating model across Operational Reliability, Operations Training & Workforce Readiness, and Operational Excellence.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategies, roadmaps, staffing plans, budgets, and capability-building aligned with portfolio growth.
• Translate executive direction and business needs into prioritized programs with accountable owners and timelines.
• Oversee vendor/OEM relationships and national technical strategies for critical equipment and reliability programs.
• Provide executive-ready updates, business cases, and board materials on reliability, readiness, risk, and investments.
• Own governance forums, ownership boundaries, and succession planning to reduce key-person dependency.
