Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 450+-person, 24/7 clinical call center and pharmacy operations team across legacy TruePill and Alto entities. You will align cross-functional priorities, scale operations, and maintain compassionate, compliant patient engagement while balancing cost, quality, and SLAs.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and a track record of transforming large, remote/hybrid teams in high-growth healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ FTEs in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license preferred with state board eligibility.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality systems, and scaling operations.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA).
• Proven change management in large organizations undergoing transformation.
• Strong strategic communication and stakeholder influence across senior leadership.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 450+ remote employees.
• Drive maturity, patient engagement, and high-priority clinical initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity planning for 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home workforce.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety aligned with state boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and others.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
