Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an accomplished executive to lead the Call & Clinical Operations, directing a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians.

You will scale operations, ensure compliant patient engagement, and drive priority clinical initiatives across legacy TruePill and Alto entities. The role requires 10+ years in executive healthcare operations, with a pharmacy background and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume setting.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with state boards in at least one state, willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and scaling operations across multi-site pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and engaging with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Proven ability to navigate cultural alignment risks and lead through organizational transformations.
• Strong strategic communication to define decision rights and influence across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for over 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and harmonize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and adhere to state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and others to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
