Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ member team across legacy TruePill and Alto entities. You will build scalable processes, ensure compassionate patient engagement, and align clinical and business initiatives with regulatory standards.

The role requires a track record in large-scale operations, pharmacy background, and advanced degree, with a focus on cost, quality, and SLAs in a rapidly growing setting.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership of large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing 400+ remote/hybrid staff in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Expertise in process engineering and quality management in pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory authorities.
• Change management and organizational transformation.
• Strategic communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Scale operations with a primary driver for operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality.
• Maintain standardized performance across a large work-from-home team; modernize SOPs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders during launches.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
