Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead our Clinical Call and Operations vertical across legacy Truepill and Alto entities. This executive role will manage a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, driving growth, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scaling operations, improving quality, and aligning cross-functional teams with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to scale remote/hybrid teams (>400 FTE) in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensure in at least one state.
• Experience building compliant, high-quality patient engagement processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Ability to drive change and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong strategic communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and initiative execution.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize SOPs.
• Maintain strict regulatory compliance and adhere to DEA/state board standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
