Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a Director to lead Product Ownership for Agentic AI PCs.

You will define the product direction, translate customer intent into usable agentic experiences across HP PCs and edge devices, and own backlog with disciplined prioritization. Responsibilities include steering research, experience design, and performance criteria across devices, OS, and services, plus leading a global team and working with executives to drive adoption and measurable customer

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology product management and 7+ years leading teams.
• Shipped PC, device, or embedded-system experiences with measurable adoption or customer outcomes.
• Experience bringing AI/ML capabilities into production products and understanding agentic workflows.
• Ability to balance CPU, GPU, or NPU trade-offs with OS integration, memory, latency and privacy.
• Proven success leading discovery and iterative delivery across product, design, and systems engineering.
• Ability to build global leadership teams, manage budgets and capacity.
• Degree in engineering, computer science, HCI, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define experience strategy and a prioritized portfolio of customer problems.
• Lead research, journey design, and prototyping for agentic AI experiences.
• Convert goals into acceptance criteria for device performance, privacy, and offline behavior.
• Develop Product Owners with clear priorities, testable requirements, and sprint goals for agile squads.
• Hire and develop product leaders, manage budgets and capacity, and communicate trade-offs to executives.
