Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Distinguished Technologist for Private Cloud AI to lead architecture and advanced AI initiatives within PCAI. You will direct strategy, design workshops, and ensure scalable, secure AI solutions across private and hybrid cloud environments.

With 15+ years in technical leadership and a hands-on approach, you will mentor engineers, shape product roadmaps, and collaborate with executives, customers, and partners to deliver trusted AI platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 15+ years of progressive technical leadership and architectural experience.
• 2+ years designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions that are in production/operations.
• 2+ years designing and implementing agentic AI platforms and frameworks used by multiple AI solutions.
• 5+ years designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one large public cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture and technical design workshops with internal teams and customers to shape PCAI’s strategy.
• Define customer-ready AI architectures for private and hybrid cloud.
• Evaluate ISV partner technologies for the AI platform stack and drive architectural decisions.
• Build reusable AI components and agents and scale POCs into production-grade services.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects across engineering, applied science, and field orgs.
