Michael Page, Chicago-based recruitment firm, seeks a motivated sales professional to grow our staffing business in the Midwest. You’ll build client relationships, source and screen candidates, and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from first contact to placement.

You’ll win new business through targeted outreach, manage a portfolio of clients, and work with AI-enabled tools and modern training to sharpen your skills and advance your career in a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience prospecting and developing new business.
• Proven ability to close deals and deliver against targets.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Motivation to build a long-term career in sales and recruitment.
• BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
• Coachable, adaptable approach and genuine curiosity about people and business.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area.
• Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
• Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last.
• Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
• Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.
