• Proven track record of quotas or objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business opportunities and lead generation within target market and territory.
• Partner with VPs and Presidents of top companies to help strategize and find talent.
• Be the go-to for large, $300M companies.
• Manage the interview-through-close process and sale close.
• Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources.
• Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by attracting candidates.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

Description

• You will responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory
• You will partner directly with VPs and Presidents of top companies and help put together strategy and find their talent
• You are the go-to for $300M companies
• Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
• Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
• Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
• Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Contract negotiation with prospective clients

Profile

• 1+ years in a full-desk recruitment or sales role
• Closing business experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards etc.)
• Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
• Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Adaptable, coachable and curious
