Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to screen candidates and align experience with hiring needs.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and follow-ups.
• Clear communication skills for working with clients and candidates.
• Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for open roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through placement.
• Match candidate experience with client requirements to support successful hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and keep clients and candidates informed of next steps.
• Develop new client relationships and identify recruitment needs within assigned accounts.
• Work with the Human Resources team to deliver timely recruitment support.
