Vinyl Equity, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive our go-to-market motion from Chicago. This role will generate qualified opportunities by engaging CFOs, GCs, Corporate Secretaries, Equity Administrators, and capital-markets executives at leading firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to manage structured outbound outreach to senior executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM hygiene and documentation.
• Hybrid Chicago office presence 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Engage CFOs, GCs, Corporate Secretaries, Equity Administrators, and capital-markets executives.
• Build and maintain top-of-funnel pipeline using email, phone, LinkedIn, and research.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support strategic deal cycles.
