Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience or Master's degree.
• Broad knowledge of microbiology or chemistry to analyze and interpret data accurately.
• General knowledge of food science to supervise analysis of samples.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental personnel to ensure SOPs and tasks are followed.
• Communicate client requirements to laboratory personnel as needed.
• Read, calculate and record analysis data to produce client reports and correct discrepancies.
