Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with leadership experience.
• Experience leading process improvements and managing KPIs.
• Familiarity with LIMS and data reporting systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 or FDA/audit principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more laboratory departments ensuring compliant, efficient operations.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and drive standardization and productivity.
• Coach and develop supervisors, manage performance and succession planning.
• Provide advanced technical guidance across departments and support audits.
