Job summary

Dow is seeking a Chemical Processing Operator to help optimize plant performance across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities. You will monitor process equipment, perform field checks, adjust controls, and ensure safe, efficient operation in a multi-unit facility.

This role requires a high school diploma, a path toward ABSA 4th Class certification, a Canadian driver's license, and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Two-year technical diploma or higher preferred (Power/Chemical).
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations across multiple units.
• Operate equipment and adjust control systems as needed.
• Perform field checks and prepare equipment for maintenance.
