Dow Inc. is seeking a Chemical Processing Operator for Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. You will monitor multiple production units, optimize performance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities within Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene and Power & Utilities.

The role emphasizes safety, following Life Critical Standards, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance certifications and training across units.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• ABSA 4th Class certification (or higher) is preferred.
• Two-year technical diploma (e.g., Chemical Engineering or Power Engineering Technology) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize plant operations across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene and Power & Utilities.
• Operate equipment and adjust control systems as needed.
• Perform field checks and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Follow Life Critical Standards to ensure safety and reliability.
• Participate in Emergency Response Brigade training including fire and rope rescue.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to commissioning activities.
