Job summary

Dow is seeking Chemical Processing Operators for our Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. You will monitor plant performance across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, progress toward ABSA 4th Class, valid Canadian driver’s license, ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical diploma preferred (e.g., Chemical/Power Engineering Technology).
• 1+ years of related work experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene and Power/Utilities.
• Operate equipment and adjust control systems; perform field checks and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Follow safety standards and participate in training and commissioning activities.
