Dow Inc. is seeking a Chemical Processing Operator for Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. You will monitor and optimize hydrocarbon and polyethylene processes, perform field checks, and ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical diploma preferred in chemical or power engineering.
• ABSA 4th Class or similar certification progress encouraged.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations across units.
• Operate equipment and adjust control systems as needed.
• Perform field checks and prep equipment for maintenance.
• Adhere to Life Critical Standards for safety and reliability.
• Participate in Emergency Response Brigade training (fire, rope rescue).
• Support team in commissioning and start-up activities.
