Candidates should have a high school diploma, a path toward ABSA 4th Class certification, a Canadian driver's license, and willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts; prior plant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Progress toward ABSA 4th Class certification (or higher).
• Valid Canadian driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations.
• Operate equipment and adjust control systems as needed.
• Perform field checks and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Follow Life Critical Standards and operating discipline to ensure safety and reliability.
• Participate in Emergency Response Brigade training, including fire and rope rescue.
• Collaborate in a team to support plant commissioning.
