Job summary

UNOX S.p.A. is seeking a Chef Sales Demonstrator to join the Sales Team. You will combine culinary expertise with commercial acumen to grow the business and strengthen partner relationships across the Ho.Re.Ca. market.

You will organize and lead ICE sessions, train dealers and partners, and provide post-sales support while traveling up to 50% of the time and collaborating with the international UNOX team.

• Professional culinary background or chef experience preferred.
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn culinary expertise into business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to building relationships with chefs, dealers, and partners in Ho.Re.Ca. markets.
• Organize and lead ICE sessions to demonstrate UNOX solutions in professional kitchens.
• Plan and deliver product and sales training for dealers and partners.
• Provide post-sales user training and be a trusted technical contact for customers.
• Participate in Ho.Re.Ca. trade fairs and events to strengthen UNOX brand.
• Coordinate technical support with internal teams and service partners as needed.
• Create reports by collecting and summarizing information in the CRM system.
