Job summary

Eurest is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager in Philadelphia to lead culinary and food service operations. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, menu development, and cost controls while focusing on sourcing local products and sustainability. The role requires strong P&L awareness.

The position reports to Eurest leadership within Compass Group USA and offers a path to advance within a large corporate dining organization.

Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
Experience with exposition cooking.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Full culinary management of food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
Proficient in menu development and cost controls with focus on sourcing local products.
