Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Sr. Chef Manager in Malvern, PA to lead front and back-of-house operations in corporate dining settings. You will oversee menu development, food safety programs, inventory, and labor costs while ensuring top-quality cuisine and guest experiences.

As the leader of a culinary team, you will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements in sanitation, cost control, and service delivery to support Eurest's portfolio across corporate sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Self-starter, innovative and ability to multitask.
• Maintains a positive attitude under pressure and motivates team.
• Passion for excellence in food quality and service.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper food storage/use.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Budget awareness, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs.
• Conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Maintains an active role in managing team developments.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
