Eurest in Columbus, OH is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations. You will oversee menu development, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls while focusing on local sourcing and sustainability.

The role requires strong P&L awareness and contract foodservice experience, plus ServSafe credentials. This is a leadership position with opportunities for professional growth within Eurest and Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
