Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Senior Chef Manager in Malvern, PA to lead back and front of house operations in a corporate dining setting. You will develop menus, supervise staff, manage inventory, and control labor and food costs while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Maintains a quality culinary program and oversees front and back of house operations.
• Manages menu development, inventory, purchasing, and labor/food cost controls.
• Ensures sanitation standards and personnel development through coaching and training.
