Eurest, a leading food service provider, is seeking a Chef Manager in Philadelphia, PA. This role oversees both culinary and food service operations, driving menu development, cost controls, and sustainable sourcing to deliver high-quality meals in corporate settings.

The Chef Manager will lead inventory, purchasing, and staff, ensuring compliance with HACCP and quality standards while focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points).
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurants with inventory/purchasing knowledge and control.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking is needed.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• Possesses a passion for sustainability.
