Eurest USA, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operations for a growing client base in the United States. The role focuses on managing inventory, purchasing, menu development, and cost controls while delivering high-quality meals and services.

The ideal candidate has several years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining, strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety, and a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge required.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Maintain P&L accountability and contract-managed service focus as part of operations.
• Lead menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with emphasis on local sourcing.
• Demonstrate commitment to sustainability in all food operations.
