Job summary

Eurest is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for our growing business. In this role you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.

Key responsibilities include full culinary management of the food service operation, inventory, ordering and receiving, and a focus on sourcing local products while controlling costs. Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable; ServSafe certification is a plus; we offer a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP is preferred.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing control.
• Extensive knowledge of food/catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• Experience with contract foodservice and P&L accountability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• Possesses a passion for sustainability.
