Job summary

Eurest, a leader in business and industry dining, seeks a Chef to ensure client and customer satisfaction by providing culinary resources and support. You may manage scheduling, discipline, and hiring, and assist the Executive/Sous Chef in creating menus, recipes, and ordering.

This role offers opportunities to develop innovative menus and lead catering initiatives. The position requires hands-on chef experience, 1–3 years of culinary management exposure, and ability to work with MS Office

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef with leadership experience in culinary operations.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, healthcare, or education sectors.
• ServSafe certification preferred and knowledge of food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline culinary resources and support.
• Assist with food cost control, menu planning, purchasing, and quality guidelines.
• Develop menus and order ingredients accordingly.
• Plan and execute catering events and culinary programs with the team.
• Support cost control and expenditure management for the account.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
