Zusammenfassung

Eurest is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality. You will guide meal preparation in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines, leading a team to deliver outstanding meals in corporate cafes and executive dining rooms with on-site catering.

The ideal candidate has strong culinary leadership, hands-on cooking ability, and experience with high-volume operations and food cost control.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable
• Institutional and batch cooking experience
• Must be experienced with computers; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Email and Internet

Aufgaben

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards; maintains daily production worksheets and waste logs
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, equipment operation, food safety and sanitation
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas
• Keeps inventory of food and non-food supplies within guidelines and ensures availability
• Makes decisions on leftover food utilization within company guidelines
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and audits
• Follows safety policies and participates in meetings and development programs
